The Gentle Ledger was born out of necessity.

As a mother, wife, and chronic illness patient, I had so many appointments of my own, and a heap more for my children to manage. 
GP, Physio, Paediatrician, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Dentist, Orthodontist, Allergist, plus my own multiple specialists. It all became too much to remember, and I was forgetting what I was meant to do between appointments.
I could not find any Medical Record Books or Medical Record Logs that suited my situation. There were none with the flexibility I needed, and the ability to use them for either 1 or 4 people... so I made my own. 

Our Medical Record Planners are made with an A5 6-ring binder, so you can add in what you need, and remove what you don't. 
With so many pages, you can write each person's name at the top of a page and keep track of the whole family's medical appointments in one place. 
With 12 labelled divider tabs, to include appointment reminders, medical appointments, allied health, medications, surgeries, hospitalisations, and health trackers, they included everything you could need to manage your health. 

Designed for those who want to be in control of their health or are responsible for managing the health of others (Mums, Dads, and Carers!). For those with a chronic illness, for families, and for those who just want to be involved in their own health and medical management.
